My parents have a place in florida in port charlotte that they go for the summer. They are in a big trailer and campground site. I just returned from vacation there. It is suprising there. The park and all the parks in that area are all full of canadians. Most are not real friendly. In the mornings lots of people are out for a walk or bike ride around the park. When walking by if I wave or say hello most do not respond back. Also I saw one canadian getting ready to leave the park. I said isnt it pretty early to be headed back home? He said no,he was going to a different park because he is from ontario and his neighbor is a french canadian and aparrantly they hate eachother. The local floridians hate the canadians because in the summer it is nice and quiet in that area of florida. But in the winter the place is jam packed. Traffic is just nuta and it is getting worse every year.Just some observations I saw when vacationing there.
