    Weed Eater Repair

I have a Husqvarna weedeater. It kept going dead and was really annoying. I had never worked on one before but after becoming over-confident after watching a few youtube videos, I thought....what the hell, lets give it a shot.

Long story short, I ended up replacing both fuel lines, filter and eventually the carburetor. It runs like new and I feel a great sense of satisfaction. I enjoyed working on something different for a change.

Congratulations on your win there. You missed your calling. I bet copiers were like that in the beginning.

If all else fails read the Service Manual!

If that fails, meet me at the pub and we will discuss it.

Thanks, man. I find that most things are fun to repair when its a new experience. After that it becomes boring and its just work. lol

I've got a 225HP V6 Evinrude outboard motor I'm tinkering with. Was running perfect but its been sitting for four years. No trying to revive it. Trying to chase down a no spark issue. Also going to have to rebuild 6 carbs before I run it. Fun Fun.

Best of luck to you. I've usually found that a copier tech is pretty good and fixing most things mechanical/electrical. Please let us know how it turns out.

            Have fun syncing the carbs.
