At 58 years old, this is getting harder and harder. Getting old sucks.

Congrats. That's quite a drop. I'm 56 and have been athletic my whole life and continue to play sports as much as possible. The injuries are adding up though. Had a few years of struggles with a bad shoulder and got up to 218. Was a lot of work and got back to 189. Then more injuries last winter and back up to 213. Since June 1st I've gotten to 198. I'm over 6' tall and ideally would be 190.

Congratulation on the weight loss. In my 40ies I went from 265 lbs to 190 and have kept that weight until I hit 70. I am 6' 3" tall and what chest I had has gone south and given me a Dickydo. Yes my stomach sticks out further than my dicky do!!!

If all else fails read the Service Manual!

If that fails, meet me at the pub and we will discuss it.

I have given up bread and all high carb food. What happens is that carbs raises insulin levels in our body and that tells our body to store fat. It's toxic, imho.

I go walking or jogging almost every day. Most days I see the same folks walking. This is on the boardwalk @ the beach. Anyway, a lot of these folks are obese. There are several reasons to exercise but weight loss isn't one of them. Its a waste of time.

I do my reps every evening religiously. Lift bottle of wine and pour. set bottle of wine, lift glass and drink, set glass and repeat 10 times. What a workout!
