Facts! You want facts? How about that China has over 1000 coal plants! And planning on building 240 more and planning on to continue to build. In India they have 281 coal plants and are planning on building more than 370 coal plants! Facts? You want facts? The united States only has 241 coal plants, are continuing to close plants! That my feathered left winger are facts.

Here they punish the people for "save the planet" and on the other side of the world, they dont give a rats behind. Now those are facts!!

... so what is your proposal to reduce carbon emissions in the USA?

You know that most of the South West and Western USA is locked in a mega drought that is unlikely to get better because of man made climate change.

Are you suggesting the USA should do nothing because of irresponsible govt's on the other side of the world?

It is a certainty that more green energy jobs are being created in the USA than were ever employed in the coal industry.

We are unable to control others, well, except for women's reproductive rights, all we can do is make changes for the better on our own.

They are shutting down a bunch of coal plants in Illinois and they are telling us to brace ourselves with rolling blackouts this summer and beyond.

... does this not happen every year in the USA for at least the last decade? Demand often exceeds supply especially with rising global temperatures and the new US mega-droughts.

There are extreme heat warnings in the US south west all weekend that could very possibly overwhelm the electrical grid especially in the poorly managed state of Texas.
