There's actually a movie about the man who invented the windshield wiper delay. It's a great movie. The name: Flash of Genius.

Long story short, Ford fucked him out of his invention and he desended into insanity. I won't say anymore. Give it watch.

The AC/DC vinyl wrap for my VP cabinet arrived today. I had to move heaven & hell to get this done.

      I like it??

There's a couple of major additons to the VP that I'm working on. One of those is the sound system and I went way overboard. This has got to be the baddest sound system ever in a pinball machine.

        Here's what I have:

        350 watt Kenwood amp.

        6" Memphis Audio Speakers

12" powered Klipsch Home Subwoofer. (big fan of Klipsch)

I'm listening to youtube on it right now and the bass hits hard and the midrange and highs are very good.

The other addition I'm working on is adding addressable LED's that work with the ROM's of each pinball machine. This is the most complex of anything I've done thus far. More on that later. It's a work in progress for many reasons.

You have no one to blame but yourself how complex this project has become Billy. Lol. Although I'm sure the end result will be awesome.

PS: Just so others know, this comment is meant to be humourous, not an attack.

What's up, homie? I knew you'd miss me. lol

You have no idea how complex this project has become. Once I'm finished, I'll go into detail about the things that I've done and what it involved.

PS - I just went and picked up all the metal parts from the powder coating shop. Check it out. Perfect color match with the AC/DC graphics.

By the way, has anyone ever used a Teensy chip mounted on an Octo WS2811 adaptor board?

It's a very small chip with a powerful microprosser and while it has many applications, I'll be using it to controll Addressable LED strips. It's kinda complicated but I'm getting there.

I'll do that. If I ever get finished. It seems like I'm always needing to order another part and some of the electronic chips are in short supply. I'm getting close, tho.

I'm done applying the graphics. These will be the last pictures I posted until I'm finished...and it's gonna be a minute as I'm waiting on parts. Probably a couple of weeks.

                      What do you think?

I spent the last 2 days wiring this up and it was a real bitch. It's all wired and tested. I thought I'd give a look under the hood before I do any wire maitenance.

                        See below:

Looks like it could be a headache for the next guy to trouble shoot. Good thing you know it pretty well by now. The graphics looks good the red draws you in.

If you had been following from the beginning, you would already know the answer to that.

Can't you take a break from attack mode for a bit? It's quite tiresome.
