Not the first time that David has done so. He has been criticized by some Republicans for crossing the aisle on a number of issues. THe one thing that they fail to realize is that he always represents the needs of his constituents who are mostly Hispanic farm workers. Another thing that apparently Rudy Salas failed to realize about the voters was that they are most devote Catholics and are against abortion. One of the main things that Salas attacked David on is that Valadao supported proposed Conservative laws making abortion illegal. David led the results 4 to 8 points right from the first count.
