Yes, it says that we are smart enough to know just how stupid and weak your current president is. Why would anyone in their right mind "negotiate tariffs"? We have a legal free trade deal, CAMUS, that covers over 80% of trade between Canada and the US. The rest is products other countries need just as much as the US, so as I stated before. There is no urgency to make a bad deal. Your current president is not the healthy 6'3" 230lb person you believe him to be, and may not be around if we just wait. Have you ever seen him without his caked on orange make-up?
