    The fall of america

How do you guys think things will end up after the unavoidable fall of America? Obviously the states will break apart but who will rise up to take America's place as the new global superpower? Or is globalism going to become our reality? Obviously all we can do is speculate. (Lets try not make this partisan.)

Glad my dad ( Army WWII vet in HI ) died in 2008. He wouldn't recognize OUR country. [emoji17][emoji25]

The USA and our military are the only thing preventing the downfall of democracy.

Yeah i'd agree but i don't think China will actually rise to power. Not in their current form anyway. They are held back by their government. Perhaps a country with a high birth rate will be the future super power.

It was the best I could come up with, but this future superpower needs money, and China's GDP has skyrocketed. China abolished its one baby policy per family to two in 2016 and then to three in 2021, so the population should increase.

Unfortunately for China their over valuing of boy babies has created a situation where there is a ratio problem.

The preference for baby boys is engrained in Chinese society, it's not until the Chinese government can eradicate this moronic mentality that things will change.

Despite allowing more children per family, the number of births has dropped significantly.

It is definitely a country that through revolution might be able to change drastically. A new government is key to it's progress.

The internal rot of china's power structure and general culture of bribing and corruption will make this difficult. I don't want to underestimate them but I doubt their ability to follow through.

This liberal thinking leads the USA down a slippery slope.

There has been news of massive attempted spying and or theft of intellectual property by Chinese, probably reporting directly back to the CCP.
