Maybe it was in his trunk.

I ask the same question at one point in my life at work while I was talking to co-worker. She was talking about another co-worker and apparently the other co-worker heard what she was saying and came rushing in the room and said some words real fast and punch the the co-worker in her neck as I was standing right in front of her and then chased her thru cubicles. I was in total shock and I simply did not know what to do, it happen so fast I did not know how to react to that situation, so I walk away has I hear the screams, "I'm going to kill you" The lady that I was talking to, came out of the section where this all happen with her hair all messed up and looking for the boss, saying she hit me, she hit me.

      What would have you done?

I especially like the creative approach by the gentleman who drags his CRT monitor over to the analog copier to make screen shots. It wouldn't work, of course, but it is unique creative thinking...

What do all these people have in common? They are all so frustrated that they are driven to the brink of insanity. In our line of work , I think every one of us has been there, and back, and there again. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

That was my favorite part, it did look like nothing was plugged in though.
