Request: Copier Tech Question Chart " Does the customer Know?"

A while ago someone had posted a copier tech chart.
The pretty much summed up how the experience can go on any given customer.
It was pretty funny I would love to print it out and post it on our tech room.

It was a series of questions with a yes or no followed by another question
it was funny "Does the customer know" Yes or No
If they don't know pretend you didn't see it.

    Could someone report it please.

Try Google and search for "troubleshooting flowchart funny"; you'll probably see what you're looking for.

I found it amongst a group of images I found through google while searching for the troubleshooting image.

Thought I would post it here, since it sort of fit with the humour the original post.

My assumption is that the image is likely one of an AC Main terminal found in some industrial sites.

I wish I had gotten a picture and I still might but it just cracked me up.... One of our customers has all their networking equipment just screwed into the wall in an office. Router, DSL Modem, Switch etc.... Ugly as sin. And this big huge note over it something to the effect "SENSITIVE ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT DO NOT TOUCH." I guess you'd have to know the customer but I am sure you can imagine the type...
