Paul, how big are your files

I have a small collection of about 40 gigs of manuals, which made me wonder how big would your manual collection be. Just curious.

Re: Paul, how big are your files

Well, in my Manuals directories which are the copier-printer and fax manuals I have 87gb in 12,000 manuals. In my Electronics directories which cover TV's, CD Players etc. I have 123gb in 18,000 manuals.
And in my Temporary directories I have 170gb of manuals in 54,000 files. The ones in the Temporary directories I haven't gone through yet and are not online yet.

Does that answer your question? Got something to trade??

I have 20gb of Misc service bulletins, manuals & firmware. Mostly Kyocera stuff, I even have some old EPROM binaries I can probably get rid of.

Does anyone want some old Mita DC-4585 EPROM files before I kill them?

I have the DC-4585 original paper manual, though I hope I never see one again. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

That reminds me of this little Chinese guy I used to work with. He was the most mild-mannered, nicest guy you'd ever meet. We never heard this guy utter even the tamest of obscenities... until he ran into this issue on a DC-4585F. He said the "F" stood for "fucking machine".... Yeah, get rid of everything remotely related to that piece of junk.

and why the fuck did the F models use Hexadecimal numbers in simulation, it just added to the total shit factor of those machines.

**EDIT** Hey, that just gave me a great idea for a new discussion: http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/ra...hey-build.html

Looks to me that this guy is in a 3rd world country. Does not have all the resourses that we have hear. And people want to give him a hard time. I bet he has a hard time going to the store to buy FOOD. Stop pissing with this guy.

Shit Paul. You are such a good liberal. Just make a deal with him and send him a freaking manual. I will pay you 50 cents. And I bet some other tech will pay you 50 cents. You will get your money for you manual. Hell If he want.s a manual I will pay your 12.95 cents for it.

And have a nice day buddy.

Everyone stop messing with this guy.

I don't know what his problem is, but I have a lot of customer's from 3rd world countries including Algeria. He claims he has terrabytes of manuals and I am always looking to trade. He just wants something for free and offers no help to anyone else.

Hell, if someone asks nicely, I'll even look up an error and post it in the forums.
