        Not Guilty

Q: Have you had a heat (fuser) roller roll off your work area onto the customer's carpet and leave a nice melted divot?

Q: have you every told a customer that the flux capacity was faulty and needed to be replace just so you could mess with them?
Get your facts first, and then you can distort them as much as you please.

                Q. Have you ever told a customer you had to bring back a specialist just to get out of there and then go back with one of your work mates playing said specialist?

Guilty (but it's not so dramatic, I just say I need a second opinion).

                  Q. In the height of the summer have you ever suffered heat stroke because the office temp you are working in is hotter than outside.

Have you ever had to go a touchy customers machine in said hot summer that another tech had visited the previous day and thrown up all over the carpet, blaming the heat.

LOL not guilty (but I've been so close at times).

                      Q. Have you ever turned up to work feeling ill knowing that you should of really called in sick and then to cap things off you are handed the service call from hell?

                        Q. Have you ever blamed the fact a customer has been sold the 'wrong' machine on the salesman when things go wrong - to get you out of the s@#t?

                          A. Guilty (but it's so true sometimes).

                          Q. Have you ever stripped a machine down only to be left with a bunch of screws after you have finished rebuilding it?

                            A. Guilty. (but not anymore, have grown out of it)

                            Q. Have you ever reset a counter (say, a waste box or web) when that area had not been serviced?

                              A. Guilty (I reset the odd PM counter on things I know have no problem going past yield, but not on parts that would cause a major problem on failure).

                              Q. Have you ever replaced a part that didn't need replacing, just to keep your boss or the customer off your back?
