    Hah.

" ... hmmm. I thought for sure it had been released ... "
or "The website is down? That really unusual ... "

There was a young lady there that really knew her stuff. I haven't spoken to her in months. She's probably gone and got a good job. It took all my self control to avoid taking it out on her after all the circular phone transfers and disconnections. Don't know what to do? Transfer. Maybe they'll just get tired and go away.

I must admit, that given an extra two hours to think about the problem, I've often come up with some good ideas.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

On a very similar note, I've gotten "That issue is fixed with firmware / software version x. It's not posted yet, but we have it here and we're not allowed to give it to you."

While there are normally valid reasons for this, it's still just as infuriating.

Piano music makes me ill...esp. that generic garbage....why can't they play floyd kramer or some good piano?
Licensing fees at the MOH service/box maybe?

Lexmark are the worst, after 20 min of that endlessly repeating depressing dirge I start to lose the will to live.
