    pray for tech

    heads up every one , our junior tech chad (User Name) mother passed away unexpectedly early sat 1/28/12 he is only 21 with a younger brother in high school. please send regards/ prayrs to his profile

                      Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

                                      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                                      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                                      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                                      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                                      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
