As for the rep thing, clear data, you can affect someone's rep by clicking the little star symbol at the bottom left of a persons posting window.

I have changed it to the crying baby photo, but the old driving crazy kitty is still here. I look like the crying baby sometimes too...well, except I have more hair than that kid.
