July 9 it was $3.98 here in Fayetteville. Wife drives a new Civic, and my company truck has a credit card in the visor for gas.

Just paid $4.29 a gallon this morning. It has gone down from the $4.59 it had been. I live in Bakersfield, which is known for it's oil fields.... What can I say my Governor is the Terminator... Hasta la Vista, Baby!

I like how at the beginning of this thread way back in September 2006 the prices were $2.07, $2.17, $2.60... you know the good old days.
