Any talk of french caramel being "true" caramel is complete bullshit, everyone knows that for anything to be "true" is must be American. I'm not making that up, I heard it on Fox and it probably even says it in the bible somewhere. And I know because I love America and I love Grover Norquist and I know there is a second verse to "The Star Spangled Banner", and I hate our Kenyan President that was born in Kenya a full two years before Kenya was even a country.

There seem to have been some VERY interesting passages from the bible that are often overlooked by those who try to use it as a tool to justify their selfish actions "in the name of the Lord", but that's another debate for another bucket of popcorn...

Hemlock, why would you mock anyone or anything that is positive for veterans? I spend a lot of time/effort and money for the cause locally and on websites. No, I am not a Veteran other than a veteran of the marriage war lol however, not a day goes by where I do not honor them one way or the other

Manuals4u is great for the people who shouldn't have manuals to begin with. They sell to the retail world so we have less income in the long run. This is just awsome for the provider and a loss for you the tech. What about the techs helping techs or am I just living in a fantasy. Hey Paul "is F the only word you know" and I love the friendly attitude. Move on folks and avoid this waste.

Having a manual does not a technician make. I've been dealing with these manuals for over 10 years and I don't know the first thing about repairing copiers. Back in the day when I was out in the field, I worked on printers and PC's. Yes, I sell to the retail world where a little knowledge is a dangerous thing. I also keep the independents in business as well as they have no source for manuals. I also have many manufacturer's as customer's as they buy competitor's manuals to see their technology. My first loyalty has always been to the independent tech and always will be. So mind your own business because you know zippo about mine.

I have billed many customers who bought a manual, dug into the machine and botched it all to hell, then had to call me to fix it.

If you think about it, Paul is probably generating business for us.
I have billed many customers who bought a manual, dug into the machine and botched it all to hell, then had to call me to fix it.

I have given customers manuals many times after they kept insisting that they needed one, it has almost always paid off in increased billings.

hi friend tonirbonb There are NO similarities between me and AAB1 --------AAB1 it is Printer INKJET engineer and i am an great Copier ENGINEER !! the printer it's just game for me but i am repairing the ADVANCE IR6065 and IR6000 and IR3300 !!!and that's not easy!!!by the way i am the first and the best of the best Technicien in my country and all the peopls here know me and my abilities Scientific!! and i hope in the futur to go in MEMPHIS TN and work there and be the best tech. -----------thank you in advance.
