Anybody remember the old Canon drum cleaning powder, Cerium Dioxide?

    The part number was "UCK-0005".

... wow, those brain cells haven't been stirred up in a while. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Yeah I've seen that and keep waiting for someone to be offended. Years ago I worked a short stint at a Walmart and remember this african american woman calling me over and telling me that she was offended because on the box of some seat covers was the word "negro". I felt awkward explaining to her that "negro" was the spanish word for black.

ha ha - I had a customer (old woman) who appologised to the black delivery driver for negro on the toner box. like you i went through all the writing noir negro etc to explain it. Sounded more racist when you explained it than it actualy was.

I hate forking guides. Sometimes I hate the whole forking copier!

Years ago Konica had sent to me a 'mountain spring', which had relaxed me as much as a six day vacation.........resting in the mountains, with rushing water.........

The part I had wanted was a blade mounting spring........
