first time we waiting empty all our red card at first day for 2013 ..as beautiful news ..but unfortunate we have not ..so please our admin for copytechnet ...we opening a new page at our technical web site ( copytechnet ) i think it is the same thing for all technician how have this red card ....we waiting empty all and started a new collaboration for 2013 ..thanks .

Do we want to clear out zaza's red cards as a New Years gift? I say yes. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Sorry Zaza, but you have the most red cards on the site.
You are better off resetting your user data and taking it back to factory default, I just don"t remember the way to do it. Have you bought the manual from Paul?
