The Minolta 450Z was a good box. I had a ton of them I almost never seen because they ran so well. And outstanding solid fill, even to this day.NEVER ASSUME ANYTHINGComment

Re: Which copier do you love very much and like to work with?
Kyocera KM-1820. This copier is too reliable. I almost forget that this machine exists because of the lack of service calls. And the reaction that I get from customers when I can remove the fuser in less than 10 minutes. The only service calls I really get on this are for jamming out of the cassette (clean feed roller in sink with soap and water) and C-7980/7990 (vacuum out waste toner). And on the rare occasion, J40/registration problems (scotch tape on reg solenoid). Either way, this never really gets incomplete calls. This machine inspired me to get an FS-1030D printer for home.
The Falcon series are outstanding, enough said. The only thing that gets the customers to let them go is the fact that the parts for the 1s are becoming discontinued and the sales reps are using that as fuel.
Also the KM-2050 series. Feed roller replacement is a breeze once you get used to it. Clean the optics, but don't knock them off. And here is a common scenario that I laugh at:
Customer [really their IT guy]: We can't scan. I think the scan card is bad.
...End of cal
Me [desperately trying to not be too smug]: Scan File Utility was NOT running/allowed by firewall.
Customer: Oh!
Me [on the phone with dispatch]: $128.40. Signed by Kathy {is there not a Kathy at almost EVERY service call?}Comment

I would probably vote for this to be my ' MOST FAVORITE PRINTER '
"The Serenity Prayer" . . .
God grant me the serenity to accept stupid people , the courage to not waste my time and energy on them , and the wisdom to know that I cannot fix STUPID .Comment
