    When I worked in the sheet metal shop it was a common joke to turn up the spot welders to the highest setting once finished with it. The next lucky SOB usually blew an 1 1/2" hole in the first part he was trying to spot weld. This video sort of reminded me of that. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      I am certain that the 'technicians' that are administrating the torture to this copier are quite sterile by now......

        ...the customer called, they got a big meeting in 15 minutes and want to make "just a few copies." How soon can you get that machine back up and running for them?
