I have the best son in the whole wide world

I've just cut mine out of my will, he likes BMW's and ruins scotch by putting coke in it. Not how he was brought up at all.

My ex mother-in-law used to drink scotch and water, when asked how much water, she used to say an ice cube is enough lol

I bought whiskey stones so my scotch wouldn't get watered down.

My palette is fine, I can taste just as well now as I ever could, in fact more so now that I don't live with a human chimney. Smoking is a disgusting habit, I was amazed when I started eating in a clean house; after the first few weeks when my sense of taste returned I probably ate more than my fair share.

That is the one thing that I won't give in on when considering going out with a man, if he's a smoker then the answer is no, it's like kissing an ashtray

Amaretto is also vile, but better than tequila (I'm not good on tequila, at least I don't think I am, I have no memories of any time I've been drunk on it )

Rye makes me go to dark places... I much prefer some Jim Beam or Wild Turkey; Forty Creek is another good one.

Single malt with an ice cube or two, blended with a finger of soda water and ice.
I know the ice will upset the Scots among us but room temperature in Brisbane is a fair bit higher then Edinburgh. That's the same reason I but a bottle of red in the fridge for an half hour before drinking.
