    [Funny] newbie check in

this is how it works .look at your machine (just the covers) cant get it to work.
join copytech .ask how to fix your problem in the newbie checkin page .
do not under any cirumstances go to the forum where you can get advise from a tech who knows the machine.
then sit back a while and think ,hold on I cant go on a website and ask my question in the correct forum .
maybe that's why I cant fix the machine .

If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.

And don't forget to ask for a free manual. And maybe ask if anyone has some used consumables that you would buy to install in your machine. lol

Then don't forget to bash the CAPTCHA system that has nothing to do with the website with posts written as if a six year old were typing them up.

And my favorite, when you do get 1/2 dozen of our finest minds to come up with an answer, you never hear back from the poster with maybe a thanks, or yup, that did it. Emujo

"There was an error message ... "
                      What did it say?
                      "I don't know. It's working fine now."
There don't appear to be any errors stored here.
"Do you fix computers too? We can't get onto the internet."
Could it have been a scanning problem?
"Yeah, it was! How did you know?"

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
