    Hop-Sing, once again....

Last Friday, Bizhub-350 not adding toner. Checked all solenoids and clutches to find out after at least an hour that one of the toner conveyance screws wasn't turning. Deep hidden under toner and therefore not immediately visible was this cut-off bump of a toner bottle:

It looks like it melted off during production of the bottle which was of course Chinese......

So you think this is is plastic trimming that got left inside to gum up the works? Great find! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Colleague of mine got from China after market toner for the BH-350 mono machines. Within a few thousand prints blobs of toner where on fusing and exit rollers and of course prints where rotten too.

Professional advise from the supplier: "You have to shake the bottles first and perhaps the toner became wet, you might try to apply some heat to the bottles"

      *sigh*

Lovely. I don't want to see any of that toner in my machines. =^..^=

I don't mind. If the customer is buying crappy toner, odds are it is not under contract. If it is under contract, they voided it by using the crap. Poor quality after market toner in color machines has helped keep me employed. I tell them not to buy it, but it falls on deaf ears. They don't seem to get the fact that it is not cheaper if you add in the cost of a service call to clean up the mess.

or the fact that you have told them at least twice that toner is included for free in their contract....

I had customers on base who were under contract, drive by the shop to go downtown and pay for toner.
