The movie "2001: A Space Odyssey" turned 50 years old last week. I actually read the book before I saw the movie (back in the '80s).
For what it is worth, this might be an audio book version of the movie, but I've only listened to the first couple of minutes (stupid slow internet connection).
That's pretty long though, so here's a funny take on the movie that only takes one minute (it might not be safe for work):

I generally block the shock-wave video stream on CTN. I had to change browsers to get the video URL but the above youtube video was worth watching.

It's like the young teenage girl pauses, and then becomes possessed by the spirit of Janis Joplin. WOW....
