    Or something else.
I just thought the video was cool (especially in full screen mode). Sorry.
For sure, magnetic fields are an interesting subject.

I've always visualized magnetic fields as micro vortices/tornadoes/cyclones/hurricanes.
The physics weigh in favour of a single magnetic line of force being a vortex, which has two angular forces one inside the other, as the two forces twist around each other like coiled snakes. There is a totally empty/null void inside the absolute center of all vortices, regardless of it's diameter in size.

In all there are 4 forces at work inside a vortex. Two pairs of opposite forces working at right angles to each other. There is one pair of drawing/attract forces working opposite in the vertical plane, together with the another pair of repulsion forces working opposite on the horizontal plane. All forces violently whirling around the absolute center origin with a force of zero, null, quite as a church mouse.

A vortex has some truly interesting natural phenomenon.

Knowing the above why, haven't scientists copied nature and developed a space craft with a magnetic/plasma vortex field around it ? The occupants inside such a craft would feel no gravity or outside inertia, the center void of the vortex field will keep them totally safe.
Tuning the vortex field diameter size would allow for one half of the vortex field to create a down force and therefor mimic gravity while in space.

You know, since as far as I know a good deal of the radiation in outer space is charged particles, I used to wonder why the hull of a spacecraft couldn't be biased to repel them. I suppose the particles move far too fast and the charges vary enough that that wouldn't work though.
      I like your take better.

While the video quality isn't top notch, I thought this was neat as it isn't a sequel, prequel or reboot to the best of my knowledge.

The movie is very low budget low production reality. Sci-fi Dr Who fans would like it.
They should hire some one from the physics department to be involved in the next sequel.

The movie held your attention, and the ending left you hanging.

            2 out of 5 stars.

And now, here's something with much better quality from the International Space Station:

                That's thanks to "El Reg".
Oddly enough, the alternative musical accompaniment from the last International Space Station video I put here works just as well with this one. A lucky coincidence for me, your mileage may vary.

Ever heard of a "Prince Rupert's Drop"? I just learned about those, and they are quite fascinating.

Well, that's the closest I've seen to perpetual motion. I wonder if you tried it in a vacuum and/or zero gravity it would go on forever?

Turns out it is a really bad idea to smash large books in a hydraulic press (language may not be safe for work, perhaps moreso if you are in Finland):

On the other hand, I wish I would have thought of this when performing PMCS on the seven and a half ton crane I was signed for that they wouldn't license me on because I had the wrong MOS. Many soda cans were smashed flat by the crane's hydraulically deployed outriggers then.
