Actually it is a dark grey tabby. I just watched the family being interviewed on Bakersfield TV 17. I just noticed that TV 17 link I put on my first post was from West Michigan. Web page for the local station is Home Page - KernGoldenEmpire

Darn it......After I clicked the above hyperlink, I finally arrive back here from an hour long you-tube video clicking tangent. Or what I like to call a "Tangit" (Tangent Information Trail).

Shzzzz finally after the tenth video hyperlink I'd had enough. I some how end up watching some dude selling muscle building power-ade to build the perfect body sixpack abs.......

gwaddle, the dog was surrendered to animal control and will be euthanized.

(most) Chows are mean dogs... Glad the kid is ok!

Dwaddled. I agree . That dog was going to kill that little boy . I just love dogs and cats. But if they do that kind of thing then it,s time to put them down.

The dog was turned over to animal control immediately. It will be euthanized after the required period of observation to verify that it does not have rabies.

I am a cat person, and every time I see or hear something like this it just reinforces my choice. Sure, a cat will scratch you occasionally, but there is almost a reason. I dog will attack without provocation (as we all saw in the video). I realize some breeds are worse than others, but what I don't understand is why do people continue to propagate these violent breeds? Just let them go. There is no need for them.
