All drink is good for you, it's the copious volume consumed when the problems start to appear....
I've just gotten over a weekend family gathering. Thank god they're getting few and far between....

Even water when consumed in too large a volume can be deadly.

Not that I want to make all you petrol heads jealous, but I did the pit lane walk this morning, got to touch Lewis' steering wheel, got Nigel Mansell's autograph, and, for those in the UK who watch Sky TV, I was in the front row of the pit straight watching it being filmed and aired live. For those that have me on Facebook, I have uploaded a few taster pics

Stopping the frog kick-fall or swan dive for free penalty shot....:

The umpires should have access to a 3rd video umpire when it comes down to the swan dive or frog kick fall guys deliberately chasing a b/s free penalty.
It should be mandatory for 3rd video umpire to rule on any penalty dot-shot. Any player found to do the frog-kick fall or swan dive for a penalty shot should be automatically red carded.
If for some reason the 3rd umpire cannot decide it should go to a two player short corner the same as hockey.
One player halfway along the byline kicks the ball to the second player standing on the penalty spot who can only hit the ball once at the goal.
NO! first touch allowed ,just a half volley from the guy at half way short corner position. No more penalty shot ever. Accept for penalty shoot-out with tied games.

This should stop all the swan-dive or frog-kick-fall b/s which is bring the game of Soccer into disrepute...

                      IMHO.....

Not only should the player be red carded, the other team should be awarded a penalty shot by the player of their choice.

On our side of the pond it's already a yellow card if your caught-out "professionally cheating" AKA taking a dive.
The other team is awarded a free kick for the cheaters effort. The free kick is awarded under the ruling of "ungentlemanly conduct bring the game into disrepute."

It is "my opinion" that professional cheating is taught an is expected at high levels of the game. Cheating is cheating no matter which way you look at it...

The rules of the game should be changed for a 3rd umpire minimum, especially with world level games.
