No, I think it is more like Ricoh hired an interior designer to produce the catalog and he/she thought that it looked pretty. Functional no but looked pretty.

Glad I am not the only one who thinks someone was smoking crack when that idea was approved.

Has anyone else tried the new Parts Finder program? Me and my typing, I almost put finger in stead of finder. Of coarse, the finger seems to be what Ricoh is giving us with these POS parts catalog options.

Nope, have no idea what this program can do (can't do)

I've only got some experience with Catalog Explorer (wooooow, whiiiiiiizzzzz, fireworks!!!)

Ok,honestly this is also a POS program, the images are so low in resolution that it reminds me of Minecraft

Please gives us the ordinary parts catalog back and now we are started please provide the detailed descriptions in the SM - Than You :-)

Don't forget to also dump these stupid appendices in the service manuals: what's the point of having the section in the manual if all it's there to do is tell you to refer to the Appendix???

3D parts catalog? Like, as in you need special glasses to see it clear? Like the old blue/red? Or something else? Never heard of this before.
