            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.

                  Thank you, I had a lovely party last night, and my amazing family clubbed together to buy me a weekend ticket for next years Belgian Grand Prix

                    Nice to hear the family had a party for you, but I do hope the someone took you out and wined and dined you for the evening, after all, its no more than you deserve!

                      I arranged the party, but my family and friends helped prepare the food, I am still speechless over the gift they bought me, I have 2 things to look forward to next year now, my best friend is treating me to afternoon tea at The Ritz, that's booked for January, and now the Belgian Grand Prix in August
