Client calling Friday 3 mins before we shutting the office, that they desperately need scanning, remote connect is impossible due to their bad internet connection. So phone navigation it is. Customer is very Un-IT plus not listening and talking about other crap I am not interested in, yet reminding me in between the lines that sorting this is very important! After 20 min of all checks done and solution on hand in 3 minutes of their time.... I hear : "I haven't got time for this, gotta go somewhere in 15 minutes... Come and sort it out!"
Sure I did on Monday and they had to pay full hour for 3 minutes of my time.
