    I'm having a issue with a few of these saying the toner is low when the bottle is a 3rd full or saying its empty when it isn't any ideas what the cause of this is?

        Hi there!
        Bantams, look if you can get the new RTB from Ricoh (i only have the german version). There are pictures & drawings about an issue with the seals of the toner-hoppers. They can block the toner-path with results you described.

          Got that thankyou but we have lots of these little monsters out and didn't really want to start modifying or replacing the toner hoppers on them all guess ill pass it on to my understudy he needs some training

            Ricoh Oz gave one to my Boss as a bribe and sweetener, it sits in the corner of his office and does about 20 prints a week. A`week out of its warranty period it fried the BiCU board. It took Ricoh 3 weeks to supply a new one then they didn't want to honour the warranty.
            At least 50% of IT is a solution looking for a problem.
