Mpc 2800 add toner sign and copier is not working

I have a MPC 2800 it is showing add toner and replace toner.We replaced toner and the result is same.We checked with output mode and no motors are working what will be the possible soulution

Actually if you check that forum you will find numerous threads on this same problem with Ricoh color machines.
