Re: senior sharp mfp tech
I found that the main cause on a few mx fn18 I have had trouble with was the folding plate was bent significantly and the easiest way was to remove it and straighten or order a new one. This I did by removing the cover and pcb between the M/C and finisher which allows you to remove the 3 screws which fixes the pushplate onto tho cam that slides between the fold rollers.I hope this is of some helpComment

Welcome!
To get the attention of Sharp techs, it's probably best to post your thread in the Sharp forum.
=^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
