    Just saying Hi :)

    Hi All,


    First of all, many thanks for having me as a member!

    We've had a huge KM rollout to all our sites last year, and with all new hardware, we have to find out all the ins and outs, tips, shortcuts and troubleshooting tips for them to run smoothly in a busy environment. Because of that, I have stumbled across Copytechnet which has been so helpful in many sticky situations! Anyway, I just wanted to say hello and hope to contribute as much as I take from this site.

                  Quick question, are you and kingsat the same person? Other than you put your name on the bottom, both introductory posts are the same.

                          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
