    Newbie checking in

Hi to everyone, I'm the newest newbie checking in! Currently working on Ricoh and Develop / Konica Minolta machines. Looking forward to discussions with other technicians using this forum.

      Welcome Chummy! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        Re: Newbie checking in

We have just joined this forum, but not being very technical, we are struggling somewhat to send a post out there. Luckily enough, though, we have a Konica Minolta Bizhub 6500 which is throwing up an error message 2863.

It is my understanding that this might be something to do with the Cyan Developer.

Have removed and inspected all the dev tanks and the dev units, and nothing seems untoward. However, have just checked on the counter and the numbers are off the chart. Do you have any suggestions as to how I might get rid of this error code and get back to printing?

        Thanks in anticipation

You should each start your own thread in this forum. The idea is for each new user to start their own check in thread. That way we can greet you individually.
