    Brief introduction

    Hi everyone!

    I'm Alex, a strange teenage geek who has always been very interested in printers and copiers. There is currently a Xerox Workcentre Pro C3545 in my bedroom, and right now it doesn't work. That's actually why I made an account here!

    There's not much else to say, so this is it!

      Welcome, Alex - I see you opened a detailed (thank you) thread in the proper forum; I wished I knew Xerox to be able to help you.

              Welcome Alex. You've found a great place to get answers.

              I hope that one of our Xerox guys can help you. =^..^=
              If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
