    Newbie? Really?

    Uppsss...
    I have been a member of Copytechnet.com for 1233 days now but haven't posted anything yet.

    I'm sorry maybe my english is not the best.... Ok... I know: There is Google out there.

    I'm working in a small CopyShop in North Germany and and have primarily Questions.

    I think it's time to thank you so much for this Forum.

          Welcome! How do you ask those questions if you never start a thread? =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              Welcome Aboard MadMonday! Your English is not that bad, a hell of a lot better than my German and I lived there for a few years. If you have a question do not be hesitant to post it because your English is not perfect, most of us here do not worry about that. Looking forward to seeing some posts from you.
