    Hello

    Hello all,

    I decided to register with this site to help me out with any head-scratchers I come across. Also hopefully I'll be able to help people out too.

    Currently have 10 years experience in the industry and have worked on Infotec (Ricoh), Toshiba, Konica and Kyocera. Earlier this year I came #4 in Kyocera's 'Service Trophy UK' award after only working on them for under a year which is probably my best moment in the industry.

    Still learning new things every day as I'm sure most people are.

                  If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                  1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                  2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                  3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                  4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                  5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
