    Hi guys!

    im new here and find the forum very useful for me as i am a newly mfp service technician and still learning ways and techniques on how to solve things with them..

    so many things to learn from the forum.. thank you guys!

        If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              Here's the thing: If you end your title in the word "Print" the thread is displayed in Printable View, which is nice if you're going to print it but not so nice if you want to respond to it, because all of the links have been removed. Noone can respond to a thread in Printable View.

              So if you'd like responses, all you have to do is end your title in any other word than "print". That should be easy, since there are ~150K other words you can choose. Or you can just misspell it like I did. That would make the number of choices nearly infinite, but not quite.
