    Hey! I sell and repair a broad variety of products including some toner and inkjet devices. Mostly in the production range and up into industrial printing. I have lots of experience in offset printing, computer-to-plate, workflows, and finishing equipment.

    I've attended the last two Drupas in Germany and go to Graph Expo every year. I'm in Michigan but I'd rather not say what company! I was just in Italy importing an offset press to deliver into the USA.

    I was happy to stumble on this forum and hope to contribute and help the community as well as learn thing or two.

                  If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                  1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                  2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                  3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                  4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                  5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
