    KonicaMinolta BH-1052

    I have a BH-1052 that will not Print. Controller is in constant initializing state. I removed the network line and it finished initializing and went to Ready to print.
    checked all Print queues and were all empty then again tried to print but will not print, pinged the machine tested OK , pinged with network cable unplugged and did not receive a reply. I'm performing a IC HDD Format and I have been waiting for more than an Hour. How long does it take to Format the HDD the Manual does not say .

        If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
