    Hallo!

Hello guys, good to find this forum after my sister's printer crashed at the office.
We are using a DC 250 that the disk has failed last week.

      Re: Hallo!

Head on over to the Xerox (assuming the DC 250 is a Xerox) section and title a thread with the machine model number and a brief description of whats been done so far. For example "Xerox DC 250 disk failure". This section will mostly get you a hello in response.

            Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
