    newbie tech intro

Hi all. I created this account earlier this year, but just logged in again toward the end of a Konica Minolta training class when several folks were talking about their usernames and got the message that if I don't post something soon, the site might delete my account (as I haven't posted anything since creating the account).

I have some experience working on Konica Minolta and HP machines, but only recently am going through formal training. I'm looking forward to gaining more experience with troubleshooting. I may be checking this site for tips and hints, and hopefully being able to submit my own helpful info after a while.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
