OK, here is my first post. I have been informed that if I don't post anything in 180 days my account my be deleted, so I made it with 3 days to spare. I have been in this industry for 35 years with basically the same company that has changed ownership and names about 5 times. The main manufactures I work on are Ricoh and Kyocera with the occasional HP or Oki, heaven forbid. I have found some useful and interesting information on the site but so far have not had the need to post anything asking for help, thankfully. Happy posting and I will be back soon.

Welcome! =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
