    New to the forum

    Hi All,

Hope you're all well? I've been in the industry for a little over a year and have advised by one of my colleagues with 30+ years experience to join the forum, he said its the best forum for copiers.

I'm office based supporting our engineers in the field, speaking to clients over the phone to troubleshoot and offering them support using VNC.

I'd like to contribute to the forum if I get the chance

    Regards,

    Rob

Welcome! We'll be interested in what you have to say. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
