    Hello & Help me

Hello there ✋️.. im newbie here, respect to yall.. bit i have a big problem on my Konica minolta c6501 & this problem was discussed before from somenone else but still no solution. im have a problem that has persisted for over 1 months now. I have a misregistration that is causing blurry text and seems to be mostly in the magenta. For example if I try to print black text (100/70/0/0) the text will be fine in some places on the sheet - but blurry in other places - sort of looks like a magenta drop shadow. I looks to be about 2 pixels off. The technicians have replaced lasers, belts but have made no progress in resolving the problem. They are thinking about changing the main image control board - but are trying to explore other options as this is a rather expensive part.

I am hoping that someone here has had this problem and found a solution. i really stres bout it.

Any advise or suggestions greatly appreciated.

How about the registration roller and bearings? And you say the primary transfer belt assy was rebuilt or replaced? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
