Hello everyone, I'm not really new here I've been reading quite a few of the forums in the last year I've been employed as a copier tech but this is my first post. I'd like to say thank you to everyone's great deal of knowledge and look forward to getting new information.

Re: New guy
Welcome!
Participating is always better than lurking. Surely you can help somebody else? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it
A picture is worth a thousand words
If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself
