You should have gotten a welcome email when you joined. You have to reply to that before you can post to threads. If you did not get the welcome email, white list admin@copytechnet.com, i.e. add it to your address book, and check your SPAM and Bulk folders. . If there is nothing in either of those, check your profile for any typos on your email address. If there is a typo, correct it and a new acknowledgement email should be sent. When you reply to that email, your account should work. -

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
