    Hello everyone in the Forum.

Hello everyone. Let me introduce myself. I had entered to work to a print-shop since May-2018. And since then my boos introduced me to the photocopiers technician field. I am not a certified-trained technician as many of you are, but I am making a great effort to learn as much as I can. My basic knowledge began with the DocuColor 252 and ColorQube 9201. I found this forum by mere chance and the solutions to the many threads had help me to solve issues on the machines that I have my basics.

My goal is to become a certified and well experienced technician who can give a great service, and to share the knowledge that my hands can give. I am pleased to meet you all and I hope that i can be of help although I am not experienced and trained.

Best regards to all and the best of days wherever you all are.

          Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
